2. What the Budget Range Is Based On

The budget range is calculated from sample rate bands, finish-level multipliers, trade add-on percentages and complexity multipliers configured in site-config.js under the planner section. These are illustrative example figures, not a real pricing guarantee, and must be replaced with your own researched rates before this site is used for a real business.

3. What Can Change the Final Price

Final architectural or engineering drawings
Actual material selections and availability
Labour availability and site-specific conditions
Local authority approvals, permits and inspection requirements
Conditions discovered once work begins (e.g. structural issues, damp, non-standard wiring or plumbing)

4. Site Inspection

Many projects require a free site inspection before a firm, written quotation can be issued. The Planner tool will indicate when a site inspection is recommended based on your answers.

5. Not a Quotation or Contract

Nothing produced by the Planner tool, including the downloadable or shareable project summary, constitutes a binding quotation, offer, or contract. A firm quotation is only issued in writing after a site inspection where required.
